What is Gen-1 by Runway?

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to talk about Gen-1, a Video-to-Video A.I. by Runway, because I find the story is under reported.

Many of us were wondering in 2022 how text-to-video might evolve given how text-to-image took off. We knew in 2023 and 2024 we’d have a lot more answers, but video-to-video? Runway’s new model, called Gen-1, can change the visual style of existing videos and movies.
